1 16 ounce bag frozen broccoli
1 16 ounce bag of cauliflower
1 large onion
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 cup milk
2 3 ounce packages of cream cheese and chives
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables and drain. Cook onion in margarine, stir in flour and seasonings. Add milk. Cook until thickened. Add cream cheese. Stir in vegetables. Toss bread crumbs, cheese, butter and sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
