12 Italian plum tomatoes chopped fine
24 fresh basil leaves chopped fine
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp capers whole
12 black olives chopped
1 pound penne pasta cooked

combine all ingredients except the pasta and let sit for one hour before serving
DON'T Cook
Cook pasta al dente Toss with ingredients
May be served with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese if desired
Serve immediately
