2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons sesame oil
1 pkg fast cooking white wild rice
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
3/4 pound skinless chicken breast
1 pound fresh asparagus cut in 2 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. Cook rice according to directions, using 2 tablespoons of seasoning packet and discard the remainder. Brown almonds in skillet until light brown. Spray non stick skillet with spray after removing almonds and cook chicken till done. Remove from skillet and add 1/2 cup water and boil Add asparagus, boil until water is evaporated. Add chicken, sauce, and almonds to asparagus. Serve over rice.
