3 cups cooked mashed carrots or canned
12 crackers
2 tablespoons onion
3/4 cups grated cheese
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in oven casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
