Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season prime rib with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and other seasonings desired. Place prime rib on a cookie sheet fat side up. Bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off and DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Wait 2 hours. Turn oven on again for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

30 minutes has a rare done prime rib in the center pieces.
40 minutes has pink in the middle of the slices of the rib.
