6 strips bacon
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
pinch of pepper
1 cup lemon lime soda
1/2 cup vinegar
3 pounds of potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon and reserve 3 tablespoons of drippings. Saute onion and green pepper until tender. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper. Add soda and vinegar. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring gently and constantly. Stir into cooked diced potatoes and bacon. Serve immediately.
