10 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 16 ounces small curd cottage cheese 1 lb. Monterey jack cheese 1/2 cup melted butter 2 - 4 ounces cans green chili's bacon or sausage if desired
Beat the eggs and heat until they are a smooth lemon color. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
