Baked or Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced into long thin strips
Spinach
Feta cheese
Black Olives
Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the bun. Place the spinach on the sandwich, and then layer with chicken, cheese, olives, and drizzle with good balsamic vinegar.

This is my version of a sandwich I ate in Omaha at a restaurant near the Old Market. I was alone, and walked into this very casual, very interesting place that had couches all over, places for people to sit and eat, and art work for sale. I love unique places, and this was certainly one of them.
