1 lb. sausage, bacon, or ham
1 pkg crescent refrigerator rolls
1 cup frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded Monterey jack or cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Parmesan cheese
Chopped onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, and/or sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Pat rolls into the bottom of an pizza pan. Top with crumbled sausage, then hash browns, then additional toppings. Add cheese. May be refrigerated over night. Before baking beat eggs, and add milk. Pour over the top of the pizza and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
