1 lb of ground turkey or beef
1 package of frozen chopped spinach
2-3 garlic bulbs
1/4 c. onion
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
1/4 c. Parmesan. cheese
spaghetti noodles (amt can vary)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain grease, add chopped garlic, onions and mushroom slices to skillet...add package of frozen spinach...allow spinach to thaw, then add jar of spaghetti sauce. Add spaghetti noodles (cooked) to mixture, then add 1 c. cheese til melted. Pour into greased 9 by 12 baking dish. Top dish w/1 c. of cheese, followed by Parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is golden brown. Let dish set for 5 minutes then serve.
