Filling:
2 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. cold butter or margarine
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together filling ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell.

Combine topping ingredients and distribute over pie. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
