3 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix first four ingredients. Add 1 c. melted butter and beat. Add 2 c. sugar and beat. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix until all ingredients are blended.

In a small bowl mix 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll dough in palm in 1" balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar and place on greased baking sheet. Use the bottom of a glass and squish just a bit. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
