2 3/4 cup flour (divided)
1 cup shortening
Scant 1/2 cup water
5 large tart apples
1 cup sugar (divided)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups flour, shortening, and water as one mixes pie crust. Pat on 12 inch pizza pan with the side overlapping slightly. Flute the sides. Peel and slice apples for topping. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. In separate bowl; mix butter remaining flour and sugar until crumbly. Place apples on crust and sprinkle with crumbly mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 400, then 25 minutes at 350.
