1/4 head cabbage
Your favorite meat loaf mixture uncooked
6-8 medium potatoes quartered
1 c. baby carrots
4 -6 corn niblets
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Layer as follows in a bean pot dish.

1. Cabbage
2. Meat loaf mixture
3. Potatoes
4. Carrots
5 Corn

Cut 1 stick of butter and put on top,
Season top with salt & pepper as desired.
Bake in a covered bean pot for 1 hour @ 350
