6 Sautéed Pork Chops
6 sliced potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes and juice
1 onion chopped
1 cup mushrooms
1 diced green pepper
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork chops (salt and pepper the pork chops if that is your usual habit). Saute onions, mushrooms, and peppers. Place pork chops in casserole dish. Place potatoes on top. Mix tomatoes and juice with sautéed onions, mushrooms, green pepper, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over potatoes and pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
