1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 jumbo eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease popover pans really well. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add flour and salt with rotary beater. Beat until well-blended; do not overbeat. Add eggs one at a time, beating in each until blended. Pour batter into popover pans 3/4 full. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325. Continue baking 15 -20 minutes more until golden brown.
