3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter or margarine
1 lb. pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar and melted butter/margarine. Fold in nuts. Bake at 250 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
