1 - 15 oz. can black beans
2 tsp. chili powder
juice of one lime
1 or 2 ripe avocadoes, mashed
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 c. chredded pepper jack cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans and mix with chili powder and lime juice. Layer beans, avocado, olives, cilantro, sour cream, salsa and cheese in a casserole dish, ending with the cheese. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
