1/2 cup syrup from canned peaches
1 T sugar
2 egg yolks well beaten
1/8 t salt
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1/8 t paprika
1/2 cup Whipped Cream
Fruits of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat peach juice. Combine egg yolks, sugar, salt , and paprika. Add peach syrup slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over hot water until thick and smooth. Remove from stove. Add lemon juice slowly. Mix thoroughly. Chill few hours. Add whipped cream to dressing just before mixing with the fruit.
