6 eggs
2 slices day old bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated cheese
2c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage,drain thoroughly. Mix together beaten eggs,milk, and salt. Stir in broken-up bread, grated cheese and sausage which has been sprinkled with dry mustard. Pour into greased baking dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes.
