2 tbls sugar
1 tbls chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tbls cumin
1/2 tbls paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small container, it usually makes more than you need so you can save the excess. Sprinkle the rub on your salmon and use your hands to rub it into each side. Then use your regular method for cooking the salmon.
