2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 c. Bouillon
1/2 c. Garlic Croutons
1 tbsp. Minced Onions
1 Envelope (3/4oz) Mushroom or Brown Gravy Mix
2 Cube Steaks about 6oz each
2/3 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small pan. Add 2tbsp of bullion, croutons, minced onion, and 1tbsp of gravy mix right from envelope. Spoon onto Cube Steaks roll up and tie with string. Brown Steaks in remaining butter add remaining ingredients bring to a boil simmer uncovered until meat is done.
