1 lb pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm can mushrooms
1 c chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb pork sausage (made with garlic if desired) with butter. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook 1 cup wild rice (brown rice may be used).

Combine rice and sausage mixture with cup slivered almonds (optional).
Bake 1 hour at 325-350 degrees.
