One large grassy field
Half dozen children
2 or 3 small dogs
Pinch of brook
Some pebbles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the children and the dogs well together and put them in the field, stirring constantly. Pour the brook over the pebbles, sprinkle the field with flowers, spread over all a deep blue sky and bake in the hot sun. When brown, remove and set away to cool in a bath tub.

I thought this was pretty corny when my mother gave it to me, but now that she is gone, and I have grandkids of my own, I like it, and hope you will too.
