1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 c. cold milk
2 pkg. (4 oz. size each) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling
1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed, divided
48 vanilla wafers
1/2 c. brewed strong coffee, cooled, divided
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated
1 c. fresh raspberries

BEAT cream cheese in lg. bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes; mix well. Stir in 2 c. of the whipped topping.
PLACE 24 of the wafers in a 2 1/2 qt. bowl; drizzle with half of the coffee. Top with half each of the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat all layers.
TOP with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
HOW TO EASILY GRATE CHOCOLATE:
Microwave unwrapped chocolate squares, one at a time, on HIGH 10 sec. Grate with the large holes of a cheese shredder.

I served this on New year's Day. If you use a clear bowl, it makes a beautiful centerpiece, as well as a delicious dessert.
