4oz plain chocolate in pieces
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons brandy or orange liqueur*
4 eggs separated

For children substitute with fresh squeezed orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and water over simmering water stir continuously
Add liqueur or orange juice
Whisk egg yolks until pale and frothy
Fold into chocolate mixture
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add to chocolate mix
Spoon into glasses or bowls

Chill well
