1.5 kilo of pork
4 cloves garlic sliced
Parsley
Thyme
Bay leaf
Salt & pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
500 mls white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade pork in other ingredients overnight

Cook for 2 hours @ 160 c

Reduce juices for gravy
