2 eggs beaten
6 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoons orange rind
2 oz fresh breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & pepper
Chicken breasts
3 oz melted butter

Mix eggs & orange juice.

Put breadcrumbs, rind, paprika, salt & pepper on a plate.

Dip chicken in egg mix and coat with breadcrumb mix.

Put into melted butter in ovenproof dish & bake for 1 hour @ 190 c.
