1 1/4 c.brown sugar
1t. cinnamon
1/2t. ginger
1 1/2c. pumpkin [cooked]
3 eggs-beaten
1 c. milk or cream
1T. flour
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs,pumpkin & milk. Mix well. Bake at 425 for 10 min. Turn temp. to 325 and bake until firm.
