1 onion diced
1 lb of velvetta cheese
salsa (hot or mild) to taste
2 stalks of celery diced up
diced jalapeņo peppers if you like hot food

Directions:

Brown the ground beef and onion (drain fat)
Put all ingredients in a crock pot and melt together.
