1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 T. cornstarch
1/3 c. cold water
3 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
30 cooked meatballs
1 large green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
hot cooked rice, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add water to juice if needed to measure 1 cup; pour into a large skillet. In a bowl combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, cold water, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Stir into skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until thickened. Add the pineapple, meatballs and green pepper. Simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice if desired.
