3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded, peeled zucchini
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients, add to eggs. Stir in zucchini. Spread onto a greased and wax paper-lined 15x10x1 pan. Bake at 350F. for 10-15 minutes. Turn on to towel, dusted with powdered sugar, roll up. Let cool. In bowl beat filling. Spread on cake roll, dust with powdered sugar. Refrigerate.
