1 c. Crisco or margarine
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut

Directions:

Shape dough into balls. Flatten a bit. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
