1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
12 oz. choc. chips
1/2 small bag almonds, chopped
1/3 - 1/2 bag of coconut

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix on speed 2 for 30 sec. Increase speed to 4 and mix for 30 more sec. Decrease speed to 2 again and add baking soda, salt, coconut and almonds. Mix for 30 sec and gradually add flour in. Mix until it reaches cookie consistency. Turn to speed 1 for 15 sec. while adding chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheets and cook 8 - 10 min. Let stand on cookie sheet 1 minute and transfer to cooling rack.
