"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
12 lasagna noodles 1 jar of any kind of spaghetti sauce ( I like Ragu) 1 lb. of hamburger 1 pkg. (2 cups) mozzarella cheese 1 container of Ricotta Cheese about 12 oz 1 egg
Cook the noodles until they are soft. Brown meat and drain fat, add spaghetti sauce and set aside. Mix 1 egg with the ricotta cheese and set aside. In a 13 X 9 dish pour half of the meat sauce in bottom of the dish, lay 4 noodles over the sauce. On top of the noodles, add all of the ricotta cheese with the egg mixed in over the noodles. Lay 4 noodles over the ricotta cheese. Add the whole package of mozzarella cheese and put 4 more noodles over the cheese. Add the remaining amount of meat sauce and cover with tin foil. Cook at 375º for about 30-45 min until meat sauce is boiling in the middle. You can also freeze for another day and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until warmed through.
