3 carrots
1 onion
3 celery ribs
1 jalapeno pepper
1 stick butter
3 cans chicken broth
1 lb. Velvetta cheese
2 cans Cream of Potato soup
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the carrots, onion, celery ribs, and the jalapeno pepper in a food processor. Saute these chopped ingredients in 1 stick of butter. When tender add chicken broth, Velveeta cheese and soup. Simmer until cheese is melted and then add the sour cream.
