box of chicken broth rice 4 -6 chicken breasts 2 stalks celery 1 red onion, chopped 1 bell pepper thyme garlic powder rosemary
Put rice on the bottom of a crockpot. Layer chicken next then veggies. Sprinkle with thyme, garlic and rosemary. Pour broth on top of chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. or high 3-4 hrs. *Use enough broth for 2 to 1 ratio of rice.
