1/2 cup butter 3 oz. cream cheese softened 1 cup all purpose flour
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add flour mix well. You will need a miniature muffin pan to bake these. Grease your pan lightly. Place 1 tsp. of mixture into pan into each hole. Take your fingers and press the mixture around each one to create a cup like shape. Bake at 350º for 7 to 8 minutes or until they turn light brown. These are good for chicken salad cups and cherry dessert cups.
