1 pkg. of yellow or Butter Pecan cake mix with or without pudding
1 (sm.) box instant vanilla pudding or butterscotch
1 c. orange juice
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. poppy seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Butter and dust Bundt pan with sugar. Beat all together for 6 min. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 min. or until done. Cool for 10 min. and remove from pan. Good glazed or served with butterscotch or caramel sauce. (also makes 2 loaf pans)

Jill is the daughter of Sarah (Hollenshead) Willis and the granddaughter of the late Bill and Nelwyn (Greene) Hollenshead. Coming home to Louisiana from Oklahoma, Mama (Sarah Hollenshead Willis) would have this ready for us sitting pretty on the table.
