1 lb. of pork sausage, browned and drained
10 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 to 1 1/2 c. garlic croutons, or omit if you want

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked sausage in a greased 13" x 9" dish. Beat the rest of the ingredients (not cheese and croutons) Stir in cheese and croutons (if using) and pour over sausage. Bake uncovered 45 - 50 min. in a 325 oven until knife inserted comes out clean and eggs are set. Let stand 5 min.
