3 lb red potatoes boiled in jackets.
3 celery stalks, chopped fine
3/4 c mayonnaise,1 & 1/4 c miracle whip,1/2 c sour cream little less than 1/4 c yellow mustard
1 tbsp each of sugar & vinegar
10 eggs- reserve 5 eggs for top of salad.

Directions:

Boil potatoes until tender, peel and dice when cool.
Add remaining ingredients. Slice 5 eggs to put on top of the salad. Dust with Paprika.
