1 (16-oz) can cream corn
1/3 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
3 T. cornstarch or flour
1 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs, beaten well

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add melted margarine. Add beaten eggs. Then add milk and corn. Bake about 1 hr. at 325 until set - custard style.

Jill is the daughter of Sarah (Hollenshead) Willis and the granddaughter of the late Bill and Nelwyn (Greene) Hollenshead. This is a favorite family recipe from my great grandmother, Emma Greene. We usually enjoyed it at our holiday family gatherings.
