2 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c golden raisins (you can use dark)
1 c Wesson or canola oil
1 t vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
4 c diced apples (peeled or unpeeled)
1 c English walnut pieces
1 pkg butterscotch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.Mix dry ingredients by hand wooden spoon. Add oil, vanilla and eggs. Sprinkle butterscotch on top. Bake 50 minutes or until done in a 9 x 13 in pan. I spray with Baker's Joy. May use less butterscotch according to personal taste.
