Crust: 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. butter or margarine 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Filling: 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. powdered sugar Fold in: 1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping Topping: Combine with 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin 1/2 c. sugar Dash of salt Dissolve separately: 1/2 c. of water 4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch Cool slightly and stir in: 4 c. sliced or quartered fresh strawberries Garnish: Dollop of whipped topping Sprigs of fresh mint
Crust: Mix ingredients to form dough. Spread on pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Filling: In food processor, process until smooth. Spread filling over cooled crust.
Topping: Combine these two mixtures and cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool slightly and sir in strawberries. Coat all slices and spread on top of filling. Chill pizza. Cut into pieces and garnish.
