1 1/2 cups firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 cups White Sugar
3 TBLS Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 cups Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and milk. Put on low heat until completely dissolved.
2. Bring to a slow boil and lower heat until candy
thermometer read 234 degrees.
3. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
4. Let cool to 200 degrees without stirring.
5. Add pecans. Beat until creamy and mixture holds shape.
6. Drop large spoonfuls on waxed paper. Allow to
cool.
