Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 loaves
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1 tbsp vanilla
teaspoon baking powder
Mix above with beater then add
3 cups flour
3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda

Directions:

Mix well pour into greased and floured loaf pans
Bake 45 minutes one hour
At 350 degrees
