Basic gelatin mixture (see below)
1 cup cold water
1 cup prepared Next Step Soy Toddler Formula
2 cups fresh strawberries
2/3 cup sugar

To gelatin mixture add cold water, Next Step Soy, strawberries and sugar
Beat and turn into pan
Place in freezer until partially frozen
Then beat until smooth but not melted
Free until firm
Coffee, Vanilla, Chocolate, and peppermint flavors may also be made
Add to basic Next Step Soy and gelatin mixture
Add flavoring and sugar to taste
Beat and proceed as in basic recipe
4 servings
1. Soften one envelope unflavored gelatin by sprinkling it on cup water
2. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved
3. remove from the heat
