1 cups all purpose flour
2 T sugar
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1/3 cup applesauce
1 cup prepared Next Step Soy Toddler Formula
tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl
Mix together lightly beaten egg, melted margarine, applesauce, Next Step Soy and vanilla and then add this mixture to the dry ingredients
Stir quickly only until mixed
Ladle onto greased preheated griddle and cook until brown on both sides
Serve with syrup, jam or applesauce
