Banana Bread Recipe

1 loaf
2 large bananas mashed
cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
2 cup flour
tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Nuts and Raisins may be added if desired

Cream sugar, oil, add the beaten eggs
Add dry ingredients add mashed bananas last
Bake in well greased loaf pan for 45minutes to one hour at 325-350 degrees
Fill container full
Test with a toothpick
Let cool and remove
