Mix 1 qt milk
1 cup dry rice
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt and
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into a lightly oiled casserole dish
Bake at 350 about one hour
Halfway through sprinkle apple pie spice or cinnamon.
